Medieval Week, Visby, Sweden
Every year the city of Visby hosts a medieval festival that spans over a week in the month of August.
The city is located on an island a few hours off the mainland coast in the Baltic Sea.
The festival celebrates the medieval heritage that the city still upholds. It has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list since 1995 and is worth a visit any time of the year!
